Seriously, what if there was an event that would/could tilt the election-let's say a storm like Sandy striking other day or two before Election day? Should we and if so, by what means would we delay the election?

It is starting to look highly likely that voting will not be reasonably possible in some areas. Do we just give federal aid and ignore yhat their right to vote will impaired by weather?
