When a cigar manufacturer claims that a cigar is aged for certain time, does that mean the completed cigar or simply the tobacco leaves? I ask this because I have seen claims of "aged for 4 years" on cigars with the Habana 2000 wrapper, which I thought was only grown more recently than that.

The H2000 was developed in '92 and I believe planting started in '97.......could be wrong about the planting.
