Yeah we already live in a communist state when it comes to Liquor sales in PA. You can only buy it from State owned and run Liquor stores and if you go over the boarder to NJ or DE you can and people have been charged with transporting liquor over state lines. The State Police have staked out DE and NJ stores and pulled over cars coming back into PA if only walmart and target had enforcers like this to stop you from going to a competitor and it's a $250 per bottle fine.
