What the??? I read that Coach had sent a package out to some unsuspecting victim, never in my wildest dreams thinking it was me, and lo and behold I pick up a huge package today full of stuff! The man's sick for sure. All kinds of tasty looking sauces, marinades and spices for grilling, etc., AND a couple of fine-looking Perdomo Vintage '96 Cabinet maduro torps AND a FULL BOX of the very cigar I've been licking my chops over to sample - El Rico Habanos!! Now how in the world do I respond to this? Do I seek help in getting him committed to a mental ward, or do I attempt to somehow retaliate? THANK YOU RANDY.

Talkin' about those El Ricos, I picked a couple up about 10 days ago, and lit one while at the counter in the store ... sat around in one of the club chairs and shootin' the breeze with a couple of the other regulars there and gottat tell you, I just LOVED that cigar ... clearly on the full-bodied side, but then, I LIKES 'em that way ... a full box of those landing on a guy out of the blue that way could make him think that perhaps he'd died and gone to heaven ...

CL,Just a side note,I've won a few 5packs,and I've found that they vary in intensity. Some are very rich and not quite so srong and some, like the one I had last night will just leave U a blithering idiot. I also just recently won a box of these babies. I think I'm gonna age these awhile. X

A whole buffalo, eh? I'd probably have to use Mean's pit to grill something THAT big. El Rico and I are stepping in the ring tonight. If I don't check in tomorrow, someone please dial 911.

YES, Steve, I believe I've died and gone to heaven. After hearing what X had to say, I was a bit cautious of this El Rico. But, being the manly man that I am (actually, I just didn't want to go to work just yet!), I fearlessly sparked one up this morning (too pooped to puff last night) and poured some fresh joe. This cigar is great in all aspects. Even though I don't take much stock in construction and burn, the construction is flawless, rock solid and smooth, and this thing burned perfectly; I didn't tap the ash until half-way through. Yes, the cigar has some kick, but not like some I've had that were only strong and nothing more. The flavor was IMHO just incredible. I say getcha some.

WAIT, I must have been hallucinating; disregard previous paragraph. El Ricos suck.

regarding your "strong and nothing more" comment, I've always thought there was a HUGE distinction between "full-bodied", "strong" and "harsh" ... many light- and medium-bodied cigars can be, IMNSHO, just as harsh as some of the more full-bodied ...

I don't care much for either weak OR harsh cigars, but love those that are rich and full-bodied

Like I said CL,some are rich full flavored and some will leave U babbling. Me thinks U got one of the rich ones. I'll stay tuned to see if U get one of the others. X

just a simple way to kick your Texas A$$. We've been talking bout those ElRicos and the "old blend" is even more intense. Thank you Ernesto(LGC) for bringing these babies back into production. As for Meany, his A$$ got KICKED but just not as hard, you know those "City Folk"...
