I'm sure the Libs wet their pants when she came on to present the award for best picture. It is ironic that award went to a movie about a embassy rescue mission, when the presenter's husband ignored an embassy under attack.

I saw half the Captain Kirk skit, which went into best supporting actor. Didn't recognize the winner.
Turned it off and spent some time with the kids.
Turned it on before heading to bed and saw Nicholson and Moochelle, then watched the "loser song" to close the festivities.

It's the most I've watched in over 2 decades.
Wasn't too terrible, but I still despise award shows in general.

Guess all the Repubs got left is to watch the Oscars, throw Cheetos at the screen, whine about the Presidents wife, and wake up in the morning with an orange dork.

Why that MUST be the reason why the ratings were up, no?

Explains why the liberals love that finger-sucking cheetos commercial so much.

I know I haven't, since watching Billy Crystal once.
I wish I'd seen Seth MacFarlane though. He's very unpc for a liberal and he's not coming back.

Ever since they started to tape delay/censor the "live" music awards, they're just not worth watching. Was that thanks to Axl Rose(F-bomb)/Guns N Roses(drunk), or someone else? Now all they got is the ocassional Kanye West rant.
