Their citizens can't withdraw more than $380 a day from their accounts.
Cannot take more than $1,270 out of the country.
The good news is, you can deposit as much as you want!

The banks were closed for ten days without notice. For consumers, it came out of the blue.

But, they have a plan in place. Accounts with more than 100,000 Euros (127,000 dollars) will be taxed up to 10%.

How are you going manage your money when those measures are applied to us here?

For those of you that laugh at Slippery Slope arguments, just shake your head and smile.

Austerity sucks.

My advice is that when it hits the USA, just shout repeatedly "but we're not Greece!". It is some sort of immunity chant.

Even I am surprised at the head in the sand attitude about this.

Then again, with so many texans on the board, they probably thin Cyprus is short for Cybill Sheppard.

Almost seems like there's an orchestration taking place behind the scenes, doesn't it? Nahhh... lol Things are getting better and better... well, at least for that California bureaucrat with the $479k/year pension they are.

Ok, now, let's discuss the flag, sequestration, and civil union issues some more. Perhaps more hearings on the Benghazi debacle? Wink

They can only confiscate what you leave available for them to grab. Now is a great time to become liquid.

I'm becoming 60-year Macallan myself...

Funny. I heard her say "only the very rich" are taxed. ABC NEWS got fired off of the DVR last night.

Canned NBC NEWS six weeks ago, sick of Nancy snyderman nagging me, dressed as a human prune bag.

Going to give PBS the next chance. CBS News has been off the table since the Dan Rather days.
