Someone please tell me the difference between the Hoja XXO by Tony Borhani and the Hoja Yellowband. I understand both are rolled in the same factory. Both bands are even the same color. Are the Hojas seconds of the Hoja XXO's? I had an XXO recently that was xxo-lent. If all Borhani's cigars are this good, I'm hooked.

To my knowledge, the difference is not dissimiliar to the different lines other manufacturers have. For example, A. Fuente, Hemmingway, Don Carlos, Opus X. Or La Aurora, Preferido. The difference is in the qulity & blend of tobaccos being used.

Hoja Yellowband is the bigger brand, Hoja XXO are made by Tony Borhani (maker of Bahia) in the SAME factory as the Hoja Yellows. As far as taste is concerned, Hoja XXO's, although better overall, need a few months in the 'dor, and the Hoja Yellow are smokable out of the box (yet are mild in taste). I like both lines.
