Thought the "bad lie" label was in reference to Tiger? Or is that "bad lays"?

Consider it an insult to the game of golf to reference Obama in any way! Did he even play when he lived in Chicago? Seems he plays more now that taxpayers are covering his Country Club Membership, equipment, greens fees, bullet-proof cart, secret service security, etc. Remember the movie "Welcome to Mooseport" with Gene Hackman as the retired pres. I'd bet the big "O" never plays a bad lie or ball out-of-bounds LOL.
