Well if you HAVE to get back on topic (I found the smack talk about radio dj's more entertaining), many of the contracts the Fed put out for bid barely paid above minimum wage- much to the chagrin of folks with an agenda who live for stories about $80 hammers and $200 toilet seat and other such mostly apocryphal or exaggerated nonsense.
Having said that I know that no-compete open contracts that waste billions paid to folks who set-up broken websites and who contract for dangerous and uneccessary arab incursions. Nothing like fighting the Taliban in a Ford leather seated RV and having your laundry done by a contractor for $10 a load.
