Jiminy flippin Christmas!! The retarded liberal douches of the 9th circuit finally got one right!

Here in CA, one must show "good cause" when requesting a CCW. I've said for years this is complete bulls*it. If there is no reason you should not carry one, they should have to issue it to you.

And, shockingly, the 9th circuit agrees.

This will go SCOTUS as appellate courts have ruled the other way. So we'll see how those fuggin idtiots screw it up.

Also, "good cause" is subjective and vague- in and of itself.
