Like I mentioned earlier, I have to go out to smoke indoors. I stooped at my usual watering hole. It is really a "dive" You get more bang for your buck at the leeser known establishments. I ordered my usual, a double kamakazi. I usuallt slam and run but the bartender wanted to tell me about his lousy day so I lit uop a twig and stayed. His name is a symbol - I just make a wavy motion and he comes over. Kinda like the singer formerly known as prince. We talked and i ended up with 2 of the drinks. I bought him a JD for my frre drink.
I wanted to try a new club here in San Antonio. Its called the Pure Platinum club. It is a tiity bar. - I think of titties the way you guys think of cigars- snip off the end and start sucking.
The cigar: Someone gave me a handfull of premiums when their hunidor got full. It was a Punch. The band says Punch JG Manuel Lopez. Maduro. It also has some tiny writinf that I can't see right now. oh it has 2 bands, one is under the other. the under one is grren. The size was about 50s x 6in. I have no clue about the technicalities but it has a different band than my cheepies. I lit it at the club and it wasan awsome smoke. The amount of smoke per puff is only equalled by a pipe. It had a hint of thong flavor. Also a bit of cheap purfume taste. damn nice cigar. The after taste is still with me. 2 more drinks didnt drown it out. I would buy another if I knew what it was.
Now the club: I have tried them far and wide. As far as this town goes it is about 1 notch above the 14 karet Gold club. Not that good but there are worse. Only had one stage going so far. more dancers than customers. I was ther for quite a while cause it was light time when I left. Now it is pretty dark. I am goimg to stop back at the dive them head to another club. I will decide on the way. but, i will take a Mayorga to this one. I dont think i will remember enough to review this one. I will probaly want to delete this post later anyway.
