This deserter is going to enjoy celebrity status while people in other nations are looking at this as a golden opportunity to do whatever they want and start taking prisoners as a bargining method! Your guy that you voted for let down every service member by not being a Commander In Chief. He effectively has put each and every soldier on the line as a hostage and his administration will deal for their release.
The Kenyan King says he's not leaving anyone behind...but when that little uprising in Libya took place and how did THAT work out? That's right...we left them behind and told lies about how it was all about a YouTube video.

With all that monitoring the NSA, Homeland Security, CIA, FBI and any othe alphabet soup organization using the Patriot Act is doing...it isn't providing any positive results...didn't in Boston either!
