His differentiation is interesting and not inaccurate. The "reporter"s inability to acknowledge it is a little telling.

Blowing up crap without the intention of hurting anyone (ie, when a building is vacant) IS significantly different than choosing your targets based on high density of crowds.

To be unwilling to acknowledge that there is a difference suggests the intent is not to learn or inform but simply to castigate.

Example after example after example was given that they wanted to kill.

They bombed that guy's house knowing full well at 3 am there was a family there.

Does anyone else beside me see the irony that why he is not in jail was because his case was thrown out because of illegal wiretap evidence from the FBI . . .

I guess the terrorists won . . .
