I think a bunch of guys in Texas are already doing this. Kind of surprised they haven't been stopped yet. Or at least, no news has been posted of it.

At some point I see shots being exchanged between ranchers and smugglers. I'm thinking it will take 10-20 people bing shot before the administration steps up.
