Not according to the Congressional Budget Office. In fact, Peter Kirsanow, in his individual capacity as a member of the eight-member U.S. Civil Rights Commission, wrote to Rep. Marcia Fudge (R-OH), the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), and said that amnesty would "disproportionately harm lower-skilled African-Americans" whose economic conditions have already gotten worse under America's first black president.

That's it. All you have to do is make across our well secured border and we will pay for you to have a lawyer and give you room and board for as long as your case takes to wind through the system. Meanwhile, our sick and disabled veterans can pound sand.
