I have been dealing with CI and C-bid for years and I frankly don't believe that they would ever ship out cigars in this condition. A number of their competitors, particularly one based in Florida whose name I canot reveal because of the rules (but there is an automatic rifle that was made, with the same name. Al Capone used it a lot) who regularly ship out cigars in this condition. Having said that, your best bet would be to send them back for a refund or exchange. If you don't want to do this, a few weeks in the humidor might solve your problem. However, some cigars are so far gone, they may not be revived in this fashion. If this fails, toss them in the trash.
