Customer service is often over looked and under appreciated. I know this because I've worked directly with customers before. So I'd like to say "Thank You" to Shana for her help recently.

I wish all companies had customer service like Cbid and the Mothership, especially those who supply telephone and internet - you know who I mean!
I have never been dissatisfied with Cbid's customer service, nor have I had to wait long at all for a response! Kudos to Shana, Trish, and the whole crew!
