I'm not quite sure how the Republicans are going to find a candidate who is electable in the primaries and can also win a general election.

If you're Republican, I don't care how great you find Sen. Cruz, I don't think you're being realistic if you think he could survive any legitimate Democratic challenge in November.

Yeah, maybe he should consider just having his entire history " SEALED " like someone else did.

To each his own, who the hell in their right mind thought we'd see two terms from this administration?? Who in their right mind will cast a vote for Hillary??? What " legitimate " challenger do the Dems have? I say let both parties tender their candidates AND let them be moderated by someone who is bipartisan in their approach UNLIKE Candy Crowbar was

Ross Perot would get more votes than Cruz.
Clinton would beat him soundly.

As long as the religious right and the establishment phuktards keep picking the candidate well never get a conservative candidate that believes in liberty.

More people need to bail on the two party system. Our choices are a pile of greedy sh*t, or a greedy pile of sh*t.

But the cycle continues... we argue over who is better when the answer is really neither of them. They're both bought and paid for... which this guy, by the way, wants to continue.

I've said this before... who spends multi-millions to get a job that pays a few hundred thousand? Nobody. Because the "campaign contributions" and all the dirty money they get from everywhere else makes it worth it.

Our country is broken. We refuse to fix it.

The religious right & establishment picked the candidates for 200 years.

Presidential candidates of today gladly sell thir soul to the devil for a chance at the top job.

When the smoke clears don't be surprised if Elizabeth Warren is sworn in. At the moment, she has no baggage, unlike Hillary. The Dems will start to embrace her more and more as she begins to emerge while Hillary has to fight off scandal after scandal.

As far the Repubs are concerned, to be the front runner, a candidate will have to pander to the far right which will make them unelectable to the majority of the country.

there was an issue in her senate run about claiming American Indian heritage when applying to Harvard, I believe.
She would likely be branded waaaay too socialist to carry a national election. Smarter than her enemies think though.
Kind of early in her career.

So 1 POS will run for the Republicans and 1 POS will run for the Democrats. Meh, business as usual.
