martha stewart, who i don't care for, is the smoke and mirrors to hide the the ceo's and managers, from companies like enron, worldcom and other companies of the like, that stole millions. not one person from enron has been arrested.

i do not remember the name of the thief that borrowed $135,000,000. from his own company, built a $64,000,000. home in florida where the bankruptcy laws have no ceiling on the value of your personal residence that one can keep.

then, bless his forgiving soul, he forgave the loan.

Rick, I am proud of you to bash one of your own! Martha was a big, major backer of Al Gore in last campaign and has always been a Democrat! I hope they get all of the Business Crooks, especially after seeing 60 minutes last night and seeing the fate of Mensch of Polarteck fame! He is honest and has fallen into Chapeter 11 with Mauldin Mills, and seems to be coming back by end of year.....An executive who gives back and takes care of his people and he thinks all the Corporate Crooks should be convicted! If Martha is ultimately sent to prison, do you suppose her magazine will be re-entitled "Martha Stewart's JAIL Living" ???? ... just curious.

Rick there are colonies of those crooks living in Florida and it has always been a haven for the slimey theives (er, business men and Mafia types) and other riff raff from White Collar criminals to low lifes! Charlie

the funny part about martha is that when k-mart declared bankruptcy she didn't know if she wanted her name associated with them. maybe turnabout is fair play?
