There are an ever growing population of Christians in the US. And they sometimes (often) confuse separation of church and state with religious freedom. Try exercising your religious freedom by putting a pro Muslim bumper sticker on your car. And you’ll soon find out what Christian brother hood can mean to some. De-Christianizing? My sweet aunt.
No nativity scenes or singing Christmas songs on public streets? You think that’s right? Sounds to me like the kind of crap the uniformed might buy into if someone told them it was true.
Easter-egg hunts are unconstitutional? You know Obama hosted one on the White House Lawn this year, right? Or is that treason???
Honestly, you could make a career out of lampooning this low brow stuff.
So I suppose you’ll tell me so what if the author lies to make a point.
And that sir is crap.
And you don’t know it when you see it.
There's a war on Christianity and if BHOzo had hisself an "egg roll" like every other president has done before him, I don't think that changes the point. Every year we hear ludicrous stories of abuse of the seperation clause to remove, demean and ridicule the very religion our country and laws are built upon. Nativity scenes have been being evicted from public areas and schools for years, the cases are documented and numerous. Which was not at all the meaning of seperation, but it has been perverted into that, and rubber stamped by activist judges and pro-liberal groups as the intent.
Your totally contrived point about a pro-muslim bumper sticker is steaming fantasy unless you have a link? But nice jab and thanks for proving my point that liberals are attacking Christianity as you actually insinuated that something evil shall come to the theoretical owner of a pro-muslim bumper stickered vehicle or its owner by Christians. You did that, just now. Out of thin air.
With such "vast pickings", you picked this, then made some chit up. Not off to a very good start, but hey, its a start.
My turn.
I think the the author is suggesting that the continued bad behaviors by government could serve to cause social unrest and could further lead to unwanted, even foolish actions by those who feel oppressed. I think this is the jest of the article, and I further think you know its true, but don't like the realization of that truth.
Sometimes you have to push the puppy's nose into the poop or they just won't learn. That was the point of posting the article, though I'm pretty sure you're gonna crap the rug again. The rest of your litter mates have crapped in all 4 corners already, I hear.
Its OK though, I have patience. Was there another point you feel unworthy?
