KKK suing Georgia to join the adopt a highway program

The KKK tried to join Georgia's adopt a highway program in 2012. They were turned down. The ACLU is representing the KKK in suing Georgia to get the decision reversed. Last November a judge ruled in favor of the KKK. Now the case goes in front of the appellate court. I find this an interesting case, similar to the Nazi's protesting in Skokie Illinois in 1978. I understand the free speech argument, but find the KKK as loathsome as the Nazi's. Do all evil empires have the right to freedom of speech? Or is there a point where enough is enough?

The way I read the story I think it is in front of the appellate court now. I know the reason behind allowing them to participate is correct, but that does not mean I have yo like it.

Solution? Form an organization and volunteer to adopt a road, if there are no roads to adopt, put the azzclowns on a waiting list.

I think this is rather comical, because "supposedly" where they're from, the demographics are 98% white ...
