In some cases, even aging them 6 months in your humidor may not be enough if the moisture in the wrapper/binder is too high. They don't lose enough moisture when in an environment designed for them to not lose moisture. Make sense?
"Maybe." It can also mean a variety of other things, such as underfilling, poor roll, or poor choice by the master blender.
(When a cigar canoes, you don't attribute this to one side being wetter than the other, do you?)
