Jeh Johnson is the Secretary of Homeland Security. Rather than testifying himself he sent his Deputy Assistant Secretary to a congressional hearing to answer questions about what Homeland Security is doing to manage the Syrian refugee crisis. Take a moment and listen to her testimony....what a mess.
