To authorize the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide countering violent extremism training to Department of Homeland Security representatives at State and local fusion centers, and for other purposes.

Couple of things are disturbing in just this single sentence. I'm sure the full text of the bill is even more disturbing.
1. Thought one of the main purposes of DHS was to provide training against terrorism, so why a new Bill?
2. Taught at State and Local FUSION centers? What's a "fusion center"? And where is my closest local one located?
3. ... And for other purposes??? What other purposes?? Like a repeat with the Bundys over BLM???

Cacman, it's a reader friendly term used so enough citizens who like statists will stay uninterested.

The reason you "don't know" what
"a FUSION CENTER " is ....

is because ....
a) they have been a long held secret
b) they don't want the locations to be known..
and sometimes create disinformation and misinformation about them....
c) most of them are on or at military bases
or supply centers.. usually very non discript w/ no signage...
Imagine a "Get Smart" hallway and elevator....
then going into a massive complex underground
chuck full of computers....and your "neighbors"
who ARE LIARS WHO SAY THEY WORK FOR
Johnson & Johnson or IBM ...but really work for
Homeland Security, FBI, SSG, FEMA, STATE :Fema orgs, Local Police, State Police...etc. etc...

They are Americas secret FUSION CENTERS monitoring ANY AND ALL THREATS AGAINST THE U.S....WEATHER DISASTERS, TERRORISTS, CIVIL UNREST, CHEMICAL
SPILLS, CYBER WARFARE..ETC...ANY THREAT...

The workers strategize, make up scemarios, train local responders and police, they monitor many U.S. citizens from those fusion centers..computer hacking, phone bugging, any and all illegal covert secret servelliance on US Citizens, foriegn students foriegn visitors....

The New Cumberland Army Depot in PA is definitely
one of the locations.
