every president from Reagan on did it, but Ron started the whole problem. It's what prompted the "lock box" proposal years later. All long before Special K was on the scene.

We had a lengthy thread with links a while back when Teddyballgame was active. RR did it to make trickle down and tax cuts look like they worked.

I'm not gonna buy all this blame Reagan crap. It was a lot of Aholes in Congress. Lets all get over this guy was in the other party stuff because it's we think we are always right but we really need to realize we are what we are because that how we were usually raised . Then we can actually move on and be Productive. Presidents do not make Bills or Laws except for this current one..
