The Senate passed a bill exposing Saudi Arabia to 9/11 legal claims. The president has said he will veto it. This should be interesting.

The ONLY bill to pass through both Houses unanimously, and the Big "O" still has the audacity to not only veto the bill, but lecture America about how bad this will be for the US.
If Saud'si could be held accountable in Civili Court and pay-off with money, Wjhy wasn't/can't anyone arrest and charge the Saudi in Federal court to for their crimes.
It's a HUGE cover-up by this administrate about what really happened, and the US will be the last people to hear the actual truth,.
So what if we piss-off a couple princes for their crimes against hunanity. Fuq;'em

I thought the "roy- yowls" threatened
To "cash in " a bunch of bonds or some bullsh#t
Paper money to crash the U.S. economy and stuff?
Problem is, I heard...
The bonds are "way down" in value and they will
Lose billions trying to cover up wrong doings....
Hmmmmmmmmmm
Lose money to save your azz....
Hmmmmmmmmmmm
I THINK it's been done before...I heard.

WWWD?
What would dubbya do?
The reason I ask that isn't to blame dubbya it's to say why now? My guess is this wasn't done in his admin because congress knew he would be forced to veto it. Nothing has changed but the admin. Why now... why not under dubbya or under the new pres.... It's a game. If we wait long enough trump may begin tweeting such things

15 years later its a rush by some to blame this admin. there was no rush before. as a matter of fact the pres presiding during the worst attack ever on american soil kept us safe and it was the fault of all those before him. selective outrage outrage.

TW, I see your point and it has value. But those 28 pages may show that Saudi Arabia had involvement with the terrorist acts of 9/11. I think knowing the truth is important enough that the political context is secondary in nature.

You are right, this bill does not force the release of the 28 pages in non redacted form. But I think this is a step in the right direction. My statement should have been phrased differently.
