Umm the excitement of being in someone's mouth whip ...just joking 2 things, to wet, water expands as it heats up causin the swelling, and cold environment introduced to a warmer environment quickly like smoking it. To fix the over you medication you can always throw it in a dry box few hours or a day beforehand, if its due to a cold environment just smoking it let it warm up a little too late warmer temperature before smoking.if its due to a cold environment just smoking it let it warm up a little too late warmer temperature before smoking.

The real problem is if it gets too excited and becomes loose and floppy before you are finished.

Keep the cello on while smoking it......no swelling problems.
And safer smoking, fewer STDs to worry about.
