Foutunatly his injuries were not life threatening. When does this end? I don't want to turn on the TV anymore and find out there has been another shooting.

It does appear so but I can't help but wonder if it's cyclical and if the never ending news cycle and sensationalism has something to do with it. A decade or two ago would you have even been aware of a police shooting in Milwaukee?

It is true that cops have always died serving their communities but they have never been targeted like this. It is a scary time. I and I have years of research on this topic if you are really curious.
