Rather base and classless, exactly what I would expect.

I missed it. But I did get to see Hanley Ramirez hit 3 bombs against the SF Giants at Fenway.

I like Teddy, maybe I'll PM him.

On TV or were you there? That would be memorable to have been there.

commentator on CBS re: Cruz comments..." who is running this?"

yeah, sure, you guys are the perfect answer to run the free world.

I think that the good news is a new second party may emerge from the debris.

TV. Being there would have been great, but I had my own bathroom.

Yup...Eddie Munster thought because he has the same haircut he was Ronald Reagan. Believed that he would have the same outcome that he did by speaking to a RNC convention. Sad reality was that Reagan had a movement behind him and Canadian Bacon is just a bowel movement. Just like Lil Marco...they'll be bounced from their senate seats never to be heard from again.

Glenn Beck wept.

Sadly, just another view of how fractured the Republican party is.

Oh, I don't know...I rather enjoy watching Glenn Beck cry and blubber like a little kid who's dog died.

He went all in on that train wreck. Too bad he didn't take insHANNITY, Mush and the rest of the leg humpers for the ride.

I don't disagree with this and the media is just having a heyday with it as a " talking point " while the Democrats.......rolled out Hillary Rotten Clinton who should never even be in this conversation of holding our countries highest office....and the Dem base and the media.....can't get enough of the wench.

I was listening to this on NPR on my way home from work...an announcer even stated that Ronald Reagan began his Presidential run at the '76 RNC convention, and that Canadian Bacon might be trying to do the same thing.

Ronald Reagan didn't behave like a spoiled rotten rich kid. He backed the candidate and gave a good speech. One that Americans could recall and did when he ran 4 years later. If you want to say he "played ball"...ok, fine. He towed the party line. He gave a speech with conviction. In bleak comparison we have this utter and sheer fraud that American voters repudiated as despicable and not fit to be President in overwhelming numbers...EVERYWHERE. They would rather have Donald Trump than Canadian Bacon! He thinks if Trump loses that he'll be able to wash any of this away? Oh, **** NOES!!! He earned each and every boo and thumbs down he got. He thought because he was speaking he owned the room, well...he doesn't. He won't ever own the room.

Ted Cruz was Ted Cruz and a whole lot of people are outraged. Huh?

I've always felt Cruz in the Senate was neglecting his obligation to work with the rest of Congress to improve the country. Most of the time I applaud someone who is steadfast in application of their principles. To me, though, Cruz was obstructionist, not adding value...even the idea of changing the dialog was unhelpful 99% of the time.

On the other hand, I felt that he delivered a speech from his heart and convictions that was solid from start to finish. I cannot believe that I was the only Republican in the country that expected exactly what was delivered. If they didn't want that, they shouldn't have given him the podium. The party is a hot fn mess. The fact that Preibus not only has a job, but is still at the head is unbelievable. The GOP thinks they want everything that Cruz wants, but are upset when Cruz says it....LOL. I don't like Cruz much, but I am convinced that he's one of very few top Republicans that can articulate an actual vision or idea and believe what he says....forget whether or not you agree with him

As for Mr. Cruz, I finally found something in common with him, I won't vote for hillary and can't vote for Trump either.
