The cigars were stuck, and looked actually melted to the top of the box. Hoping that they would smoke well after several weeks of resting I found them to be devoid of flavor and basically ruined. After contact cbid on day one they said I could return. I said let's wait a few weeks and see if they come back. Well they didn't and now that I want to return they tell me they must be in their celaphane wrappers. Wow. Most of us don't rest cigars in their wrappers. Now I get no return so be aware. If your cigars come dry as a bone, return. Half of my last $500 order was dry as could be. Now the big question, why must they be in their wrappers.... It's so they can sell them again. Amazing, I'm don't with cbid..... ************ is a much better site and the cigars actually come in quality sealed bags with boveda humis.
so one month ago you placed an order.
It takes several days to arrive.
You waited a "Few weeks" and informed CBid.
You waited an additional "Few weeks" and contacted them again because they still weren't good.
I can see why you're upset.
You've got almost two months of anger built up over a mere months time frame.
