Historically speaking I have been known to kick these cigars into the urinal with the other piss pucks Lars and Acid. However I am here today to jump the proverbial fence and say that I really love these cigars. Just hang in there before you get the pens ready in stoning formation. To explain exactly how I came about this epiphany is too painful so I will not delve into detail. Yet the thought of bumping into one of you with an oiled tainted stick hanging off my lip, forever ruining any semblance of integrity I hold here would hurt me deeply. Rather I choose to admit that I am not as narrow minded as you would like to believe, and yes, somehow I changed my mind. I know, I know this will be perceived as weak by many of you who wait for the slip up. But hey, if E-chick can come and go weekly why can't I change my mind? Anyway, great stick, well made, not too saturated with oil and consistent. - see you soon, Ryan

You're a brave and honest man. Prefer the White Rabbit myself. Congrats on becoming a freethinker.

Wany -- Drew Estates Natural Root is a mocha-cappuccino in a cigar, which finishes with a rich mouthful of intense grubby oakwood and wine.

Root is one of Drew Estates' most distinctive cigars, and is worth making Esteli Nicaragua a world landmark to cigar-heads. Root has the depth only a new world manufacturer could create.

Natural cigars by Drew Estate are made of 12 exotic tobaccos from origins around the world, and does not use any herbs, oils or scents (essences) in their manufacture.

The construction of the cigar I smoked was almost perfect and it burned even throughout. It produces a medium-bodied smoke with an extremely pleasant aroma. This aroma is produced by a blend of tobacco from 4 different countries.

So Ryan ... you have been redeemed, as you have not realy succumbed to the Lars/Acid urnial puck cigars.

If you liked the Root, try the China 5... ;-)

I am not a fan of the original ACID line, excepting the blondie, however, the natural line has impressed me so far...I have had the Root, the China 5, the Mixed Elements, and the Green Hero...

On a side note, for those of you that keep a stock of ACIDs around, at what humidity do you keep yours? I have found that the taste best at around 65% in the box, which is odd for me because my other 'dors are all kept between 70-80%...The ACIDs just didn't seem right that wet..

Didn't anyone pay attention to what Baha said? There are no oils, scents or flavorings in the Natural line of cigars ... just pure tobacco from not the typical places around the world.

Which makes them unusual ...

I feel much better knowing I remain on the dry side of the urinal. I was doubting my manhood there for a moment. I can't believe these things aren't flavored. They are pretty intense. Shame on me for not doing my homework.

I had an Acid Nasty that I gave my boss ... which he left in his desk drawer for over a year.

When he left the company, I found it ... and smoked it.

I was absolutely shocked to find that it held up well, smoked perfectly, and tasted the same as I remembered it when I first smoked one.

I guess the oils do keep them preserved ... kind of like it was embalmed, or something. But, it was tasty, I must admit.

Somehow the phrase "smokin' a root" just doesn't sound right. However, I too have to admit, I like them as well. They smell good. They also taste good. That's as far as my descriptive talent goes.

I am a proponant of tossing the "smoking grandma's hair" into the ring at the very mention of Nats and Acids. This being based on my initial tasting and overhand tossing of the china 5 almost two years ago. I have since succumb to the enjoyment of that very cigar every once in a while.

So Bull, I join you in the recommendation of this smoke. For the rest of you grandma hair smoking freaks, bite me.

The Naturals are a different animal than the other "perfumed" sticks. I have found that I like them as well.

I like most of the Natural line. I picked up one of those sampler chests for myself on here for $80. They smell great when you smoke them, they taste ooh so good, and one of my friends who never smokes cigars except when I offer him one wants to buy himself a box. They're good stuff. I still like my more "traditional" cigars though.
