CJ,

Padrons suck and no one in their right mind should even think about bidding on them anyway.

Do think that helped?

CJ I'd venture to guess he's right about even box price wise and still way ahead of the game buying 5 singles(65-68% Tax+ sales tax I believe).Still I think he should have his head examined for not checking web prices, after all thats what got me into this mess.Hell I was perfectly happy with 15-25 cigars in my stash buying singles from the local guys, then I found this place and others.I haven't counted recently but with possibly 600-700+ cigars.Look at all the money I've saved...LOL

I picked up a box of 2000s this passed weekedend off the shelf of a shop a few miles from home for $72. I've found them cheaper on line, but add shipping and it's hard to beat. Plus I got to smoke one on the way home and didn't have to wait for the UPS dude.

I tried Padron 3000s a few weeks ago and truly enjoy them. On line price for a box--about $75

Padron is my go to cigar. Occassionally a touch harsh when young, but once aged 6 months or more, they never dissapoint. However their popularity has had an impact on the auction prices. It's getting close to the point where you might as well just buy on line direct without trying to get an auction deal. Occassionally, I've been able to score on Churchills or 3000s auction in the $3.50/cigar range , but beyond that price it's no longer a great deal, just a great cigar...oh well, I beg you padron...
