Last week, Blueboy made a post, offering to do a blind trade for a 10er, as a trade he had going on had just fell through. I was quick on the draw and accepted his offer.
His end of the trade came in over the weekend. They are a very nice bunch o' cigars, including some favorites, some NH's and some really wanting to try's.
2x Padron Londres (like, nh this vitola)
L'Atelier Surrogates Cracker Crumbs (like, nh this vitola)
Oliva Serie G Maduro Special G (like, nh this vitola)
EPC La Historia Doña Elena (like)
Crowned Heads Mason Dixon Project Northern Edition (nh, have been wanting to try)
Kristoff San Andres Rob (like)
Quesada Q D'Etat Daga (nh, looking forward to trying after I'm done hoarding it for a while)
San Cristobal Revelation Odyssey (like, nh this vitola)
I'm getting cigar wood from the Quesada Q D'Etat Daga. Only 1,000 Boxes of 10 Cigars (10,000 Total Cigars) were made, back in September 2012. The few Quesadas that I've had that I've given 6+ month nap times to have been pretty good. Not sure where or when I'm going to fire this one up, but I hope to remember to thank Blueboy in the forums when I do.
Thanks, my friend. I hope you enjoy your end of the trade. The dates on the stickers indicate the dates the cigars entered my humidor. The DL-452 came in a box trade with another member and had some age on them before I got them. The Fuentes are all about 9 years old and have been rehabbed in my humi for about 90 days. Stinger88 can attest to how delicious they are.
And just in case you were a math PhD, yes, it appears that Blueboy can't count to 10. That's OK by me. Neither can I.
