Yeah, I think they underestimated the scope of the project and truely how many individuals would be affected by the move. Additionally, eventhough Barry tried to thaw out relations with Cuba and maybe have them enter the market, it seems as though they wouldn't have the production capacity to fill the need after the FDA took over administration of the cigar industry. Seems like always, the uninformed making sweeping changes that destroy healthy industries.
