Last night I lit up a Perdomo Reserve #4 Rosado.. Cut the cap and to my dismay my lap was covered with short filler scrap. Is it normal for "premo" smokes to form the cap with this filler.. Have seen this with others like I/T Gorillas. Excellent smokes but why the cap crap ??

Thinkin' the rollers may do a quick "fix it" job when nobody's looking to fix a "bad cap" situation... Rick- try rolling up your disected smokes in a Zig Zag.. works great.. !

I noticed this often as well. When I have a plugged cigar, often the problem is right there at the top, so I scrape out a bit of the short filler and gently roll it in my hands and that most often solves it, or I will chomp down on it while smoking to loosen it up again. But there is some long filler at the top, but often a mix of short filler as well just at the top.
