Herrera Esteli Norteno by Drew Estate Toro Especial -listed as a Box of 20 (6.0"x50) is now changed to a box of 10.
CB will not notify you of the change and will not honor the original listing you bid on. so Caveat emptor.

Will they nullify your bid? If so, chit happens...

They have always made things right any time I have had an issue of any sort. One phone call and 3-5 minutes later I am happy. Love my girls!

Problem is they don't notify you when they make this sort of 'error'. When they change the quantity of cigars after you have bid on them, they need to send the bidders a note so they can decide if they still want to play in the auction. I noticed it by pure luck, It's a much bigger pain to get it fixed after you receive the different cigar count. Then you need to pack it, mail it back, get a refund, etc.

Hi Lithuanian! We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused. While the email sent out did display the incorrect box QTY, the product page always displayed box of 10. Also, we put a note within the description of the product page as well in an effort to eliminate confusion. If anyone has bid thinking it was a box of 20, please contact us so we can make it right. Norteno does not come in boxes of 20.

If you drop customer service an email they will quickly fix any discrepancy in an auction description. How long does it take for the cigars to get to Lithuania ?
