Let's start from the beginning:

Agreed, to the institution. In this case the FBI.
(see.... here you are saying the FBI is partisan)
victor wrote:I assume this is where you try to spout the nonsense that the FBI is somehow democrat leaning...
burner wrote:Not the first time you have been wrong. Even a smart boy like you should be able to connect the dots on this one.
(hey... here you are actually saying "connect the dots" when trying to imply something without clearly stating it, or any evidence to support it)
victor wrote:You saying "connect the dots" isn't actually providing any evidence.
It's been a popular claim recently, and only recently, that the FBI is somehow in the bag for the democrats. No one has actually provided evidence.
If you have no evidence then that's fine. It just makes it clear what kind of person you are
(now... here I do make the assumption that when you say "partisan" in a negative manner you mean left leaning partisan, as that appears to be the "evil" partisan here. I'll admit that's an assumption... a "conneting of the dots" if you will)
burner wrote:
There is no room in our society for the politicization of these positions of power. If allowed we are headed down a road of no return.
If a person feels that politicization of the positions of power is acceptable then that person is part of the problem.
(here you state your issue is not with the "partisan" but the "politicizatin". so... by that measure, you don't want him to politicize his position for either the right or the left. That's fine. But accusing the FBI of being political, requires evidence as well.... so as you can imagine, I asked for it)
victor wrote:And how do you believe the FBI has politicised their position of power? What have they done which implies they are not discharging their duties in a fair and equitable manner? What proof do you have (actual proof) to support these claims?
Now... the funny part is... your first response to this is:
burner wrote:
I don't need to provide evidence, I never said it.
which is weird... since you're responding to a post wayyy up there...
then you go with
burner wrote: Never said that about the FBI.
You need to provide evidence that I did.
to which I will re-direct you to:
1- your initial statement that the FBI is partisan
2 - your walkback of that statement to it being "politicized" and "There is no room in our society for the politicization of these positions of power." which implies you believe these positions of power are politicized.
I'm not putting words in your mouth. I'm asking you to explain the statements you are making.
