She's just over a year old. Good teeth; we spend quite a penny keeping her and the other dog (mixed breed lab, sheperd, collie from the shelter) in good health. We get their teeth cleaned once a year, along with ears and a general checkup.
Had a cat with bad teeth. Vet said one in three has periodontal disease. But bad breadth is a sign. Watch out for smelly ears too; good sign there is an ear infection brewing.
She holds her own against the bigger dog; but you can tell the older dog is teaching her. They romp until they are absolutely exhausted, then they sit by the fan until they cool off and start again.
