I noticed echick frequently makes a post so people can introduce themselves which isn't a bad idea. But I propose a more efficient way of doing this, at least for us, one more headache for CB to consider. Perhaps members can create their own profile page, kind of like AOL I guess, and somebody can search the profiles like anything else here. That way there is a easy to reference permanent listing and we can easily find out more information on members if they choose to create a profile.

one day a beautiful woman met a filthy, ugly, mangy man at a bar.

he told this woman that his profile was really a handsome, wealthy, bachelor, but he dressed like this so he could find a woman who could deal with his disguise and not be offended and that would be the woman he would chose to love and pamper and buy all the things she has dreamt of.

in the morning, as he left her bed, put on the same dirty clothes and was leaving without even a shower, she asked "when will you return dressed as you really are, driving a fancy car, and taking me to your lovely home, where we can share our lives together?"

"are you serious" he asked, "do you still believe in profiles?"
