Everytime you guys put one over on Rick, Dubya would do something even stupider. I think he wants to attack Congo because they refuse to let AIDS inspectors in. Just kidding Rick - I do see (but can't openly agree) with many of your posts. It's input like yours (to a small degree of course) that has helped to keep checks & balances across the board in congress. Additionally, it still makes some of us wonder about your level of insanity .... (j/joking).
