No problem, happy to help! Yup, there's nothing wrong with your Turrim, it's just physics. Multiple jets make a lot of heat, and metal conducts heat well. Other designs are much more susceptible to the problem, like the 3-jet all-metal Xikar Trezo I mentioned, which is a GREAT lighter by the way, and highly recommended despite that, you just have to keep it in mind.
Here's that Xikar YouTube video. The lighters' flame adjuster wheel represents a subset of the lighter's full power range. Using the video's instructions, you can "move" the wheel's range window into any part of the lighter's full power range that you like. For example, you can make the wheel's range window run from "nothing" to "medium", or from "medium" to "high", or split the difference and go from "low-medium" to "medium-high", whatever suits your preferences:
