As best I can tell ROE v WADE has not been overturned or been brought before SCOTUS. At this point or any point all I can base my opinion of Kavanagh on is his record.

Supreme court will not limit the right of privacy which is cloaked in Roe v. Wade. It will defer to the states.

What is a SCOTUS liberal? Didn't Chief Justice Roberts just tell Trump "there are no Clinton justices and no Obama justices" or something like that?
