I've always liked the cold, as long as it isn't windy, and as long as I'm dressed for it.
Bought all that stuff, not 100% sure on the boots I bought yet, but have a pair of heavy duty Sorels I can wear until I buy different boots if need be.
An important tip that I got is to not get your heart rate up too much........in other words........don’t be bustin azz........stay relaxed as possible to avoid heavy and rapid breathing..........I plan on following that advice.
