Can they dissolve or treat that blockage with a minimally invasive procedure?
Also, they have something that dilates blood vessels that will be legal in most states soon, I imagine.
Alcohol lowers blood pressure and thins the blood. I don't know if muscle relaxants are an option.
The newer blood thinners (apixaban in particular) are safer and no adverse reactions with alcohol.
I imagine you've considered all this and more...
