At the beginning of the year, I sought out to start a non-profit organization. It would be ran with dignity and honor, serving and giving back to those whom have served us. Fast forward to beginning of May... We have made it happen! It is officially open and ready for business as a non profit, we are just waiting for finalization on our 501 stat from IRS.

Value for Veterans is directed by myself and include the help of other voluntary members. Our mission is simple: help our veterans and pre-discharged military to a better way of life. We have our first office opened in Mobile and second one opening in Pensacola by end of year.
VFV is launching a very heavy social media (and local radio) ad campaign through Memorial Day to acquire new donors as well as being presented through many online forums that support troops.
You can check out our website for the programs we offer our vets, and donation info. Bare with us on the cigar page, as it has not been completed. In addition to our office, we also want to open a center for the rehabilitation of wounded vets. We have a lot of money to raise. I know it will happen over time.
We are accepting the following items to send overseas to troops: CIGARS, hygiene items, snacks and perishable items, Holiday cards. PM for office address... I will list it publicity in a week or two.
Monetary donations are very important, as they help ship items and also build to fund the portion of the organization that is service related. I won't list all programs here but can discuss them further in the thread.

Thank you for your support in any way in advance. Looking forward to helping hundreds and thousands our veterans and their families.
I read this again..............so many interesting tidbits âbetween the linesâ so to speak.
Iâd make a donation, but donât know where to go???
Being a cigar scammer? Eh, whatever...........seen plenty of those here.
However, running a charity scam?
Thatâs disgusting.
So, CL7, can you provide some hard evidence proving the legitimacy of âValue For Veteransâ?
Or, are you what we think you are...
