The guy who raped and murdered the 8 year old Michelle Van Damme was sentenced to death today! Jury took a long time in coming with the decision, but he will now join the permanent residents on death row in California! We sentence them and then let them live while appealing each and every decision! Should have thrown him in the yard (with life sentence) and then let the prisioners deal with the jerk---they seem to "take care" of pediphiles and child murderers in Prisions. Then he would become the "bit-h" for various other convicts and get passed around from one to the other!

i also think he should be in the general poplutation. i have heard they do not like pedophiles and make sure the bastards understand what they are and what it is like to be a victim

I remember years and years ago here in San Diego County, a guy that was being hauled off to prison for raping (and maybe murdering - it's been a long time) a child. He didn't even make it off of the Sherriff's bus.

I like to paraphrase Jesus on this subject. Anyone who would intentionally harm a child, would be better off if he had a millstone put around his neck and were thrown into the sea! He will get his in the end. Believe it!

Xrun,If he would have been sentenced to Life and had to spend time with the general prison population he would have got his in the END. X
