This is my second attempt since May 14th to resolve a lost shipment. I am currently on hold for over 80 minutes. I've sent (2) messages through the system with no response. I feel like that this is becoming non resolvable and considering disputing the charge with my credit card company as a resolution.

I think its unreasonable to be left hanging so long. .

Been a bad few months for CBid Customer Service. More than a few complaints about slow shipping, back orders unfilled and now a lost shipment!

At this point in time you may as well dispute the charge, what have you got to lose? Brick wall

You’re a patient guy.

Not sure I could / would wait that long. I’m sure my short attention span would forget why / who / what I was on hold for and hang up...only to remember why / who / what I was on hold for the moment I ended the call! d'oh!

Well, you got 4 hours invested with nothing to show for it.
You should hedge your bets and rob a bank...

My 3 $1.00 cigars that were backorder got overnighted. Should arrive anytime now. Lol. They spent more on shipping than the cigars are worth. Took them 3 weeks, but they are getting hammered. Probably going to be a good quarter for them. I'm a happy customer.

My experience has been almost the opposite from many of the posters regarding their delays, back orders, etc. Since March I’ve had 4 orders without any sort of hitch other than a 3 day delay in shipping on an auction I won in early April.

So am I a super lucky guy or part of the vast silent majority that has no issues? Think

I am receiving every order either on-time or early. The only hitch for me was a box that arrived yesterday and the tape had come undone in our 110 degree heat, letting one top flap of the box open. I was afraid my precious gurkhas had been stolen or fallen out but alas, they smiled at from inside their zip locked feather bed in the box, and we now can take long walks on the beach and participate in drum circles together. Yay!

Might be quicker if you just go out and look for it...

two negative posts in 8 years. And both within minutes of each other about one order during "these times"
how's that hold up against all your other on line vendors for nearly a decade?
Even during "normal times"?
If way worse, then obviously you are shopping in the wrong place.
You have the power to stop the madness.

and you never called, you never wrote...

Took a chance, in times like these, and put an order in for a friend.
Hopefully, there will be no delay in shipment, as my friend is completely out, and has been coming over to my house and smoking up all my cigars ! Sarcasm

You let your pal smoke up all of your cigars? You are a true friend.
