Waiting on my last order, been over two weeks. Looks lost at the post office. I've sent three tickets in to support, haven't heard back. Called the support line multiple times and I'm on hold for an hour and then the line disconnects.

Anyone out there?

Cigar smokers are usually friendly, easily display a sharp wit, and have dashingly good looks. OK maybe not the last one, but definitely the first two. What happened to you guys?

My friend who's in on the order was able to get through on his second try. First call disconnected after 40 minutes.

They are straightening things out. Now comes the tedious planning of what to smoke and in what progression for this weekend.

The CS issues were that emails were going unanswered and phone calls to support were being dropped before anyone answered. Understandable given the situation, yet frustrating when it has been weeks and no smokes. This went on for a while, but I was eventually able to reach someone and they straitened everything out.

The original package is still lost in the UPS to USPS handoff process. Hopefully someone somewhere is at least enjoying the smokes.
