only have positive things to say about cbid or cigar internationals customer service always been taken care of in a quick and timely fashion

kjbrobinson - i think they are the best to one of the best customer service i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with they will take care of any problem in a timely fasion if you just call them when you notice a problem sometimes emails take a little longer as I'm sure they are very busy people
