I ordered two 5 packs of one item in a larger order. They charged me for two but I only received one. I tried e-mail and never heard back. I tried calling and never got off hold. wtf

Pm CelticBomber he can help out he has been helping out on the forum for years just PM him the problem and the order number. He was supposed to be on vacation for a few days so it might be a day or two.

The crazy thing is that CB does all of this for FREE! I mean, damn, no way I would go through all the complaints and problem solving without some sort of compensation. The guy is a saint...or at least an angel. Angel

Same experience for me too. Won lots were not added to my order. I’ve been here since ‘99 and never had a single problem and CS was always available now it’s MIA. I can’t help but think this is part of the Craig Reynolds computer debacle. STG has breached my trust. I can’t and won’t do business with someone I cannot trust if I do it teaches them it’s ok. It’s sad because I remember some great BOTL here that have gone to that big lounge in the sky! I don’t post here often but have always got some great laughs from this crowd. I don’t think Cbid will/can turn this around as a former cigar shop owner I talk to a lot of BOTL who have shared this experience and won’t be coming back. The upshot for you who remain is less competition 😃

I ordered a week ago. Says order is still pending. I’m leaving for the Beach on Saturday. Was on hold for an hour with CS. Had to drop off to get work done.

I heard that for some of the missing orders he is performing order fulfillment. He ships direct to complete the missing order for cigarbid.
